We Need Proper Nutrition

"Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan", thats the theme for our nutrition month. Is proper nutrition really needed? For me nutrition should be our priority not just to be healthy but also to have a long life. Eating nutritious foods such as fruits and vegetables is not enough to maintain good health we shoulkd also have a proper exercise and strict personal hygiene. The nutritious food we eat everyday supplies the energy we need, proper exercise can make our body stronger, and strict personal hygiene will make our body more preventive to sickness and diseases .Whithout this three working together we cannot our maintain good health.

Lifestyle diseases like smoking cigarettes, illegal drugs like shabu and marijuana, and drinking to much alcohol can kill us little by little whithout noticing it anyway. There are so many ways to prevent this lifestyle diseases one of this is recreational activities like sports and it can make our body stronger and healthier instead of smoking just go out of town with your family and inhale some fresh air.

Let us not be victims of this diseases. Let us prevent this diseases in order to have a happy and long life.
